Обязанности

  • Achieves targets for service productivity, parts and accessories sales;
  • Analyzes dealers’ activity at AS area
  • Defines dealers’ service potential and provides a continuous improvement of AS indicators
  • Developes action plans for dealers to improve service effectiveness
  • Evaluates dealers’ service facility based on service potential (number of working places, lifts, painting capacity, warehouse capacity, parts stock volume)
  • Conducts dealer audits to check KIA AS standards and processes
  • Analyzes dealers’ warranty operations quality, including a proper storage of parts replaced on warranty conditions, recall and service campaigns implementation ratio

Требования

  • Higher education (engineering or technical prefferable)
  • 3 years+ experience in automotive business,
  • Good understanding of processes at dealer centers,
  • Excellent knowledge of auto business,
  • English at Intermediate level,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office (especially Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
