Обязанности

Key Responsibilities:

-Organization stable, safety performance of IT-systems for providing of maintaining of business processes in areas: Aftersales, Dealer management

- Support of various services in DMS (Dealer Management systems) portals (data exchange with dealers, service visits data, online parts stock, dealers check-list for audit, materials sharing to dealers and CIS distributors & others)

- Coordination work of  technical support of suppliers, Supervising of support agency.

- Organization of users support – Kia staff, Kia dealers staff, Kia Russia & CIS (by Email, ticket system)

- Organization process of servers maintenance by internal team (HAER) and support agency.

- Security check of IT-systems, including pen-test organization (in cooperation with HAER and HQ)

- Measures for personal data protection and safety

- Organization support of IT-integrations and data exchange with IT-systems (internal and external), such as: CRM, SAP, Mobis, websites, dealer portals

- Software enhancement and Bugfixing.

- Upgrade of functionality based on business needs from different departments.

- Development of new functionality, integrations, new business processes implementation

- IT projects management, risk management, change management, change requests

- Digital products management, backlog management, prioritization, communication with stakeholders,

- Technical documentation actualization and documentation preparation, business processes description

- Data management and data quality enhancement

- Budget planning and control, docflow for services.

-Monthly reporting for main KPI  (data volume, dealers performance in data exchange)

-Communication with different departments (AS, Product, Marketing) & IT-suppliers

Требования

-Experience in IT-systems development

- Experience in IT-services support

- Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

- Experience in technical documentation, and preparation of technical documentation

- Ability to set tasks for developers and control

- Understanding of IT systems in B2B and B2C, including areas: CRM, web, B2B portals, mobile app

- Knowledge in integrations types, including API

- Knowledge in SQL DB support

- English
