CIS Sales Strategy Specialist

Control, collect and check sales and reporting data on CIS to ensure WS and RS targets achievement:

Timely and accurate reporting in line with reporting calendar.

Monthly control and monitoring Age Stock level of stock.

Stock calculation as of the end of month including estimated arrival.

Shipment and Sales forecast preparation.

Traffic report: collection data from distributer and common report preparation.

Real Sales report preparation.

Sales and Stock report (requests for dealers, forms preparation).

Weekly report data collection and preparation.

Control ordering process in CIS countries. WS and RS targers timely:

Production priorities collection and control.

Collect and analyze 5M order forecast provided by CIS distributors.

Studing of all Ordering processes, procedures and reports; new model launches schedule; KDCS/GLIMS system.

Meetings and regular communication with CIS distributors:

Participation in CIS meetings, meetings materials preparation based on management requests.

Communication with CIS stuff based on business needs (in line work responsibilities).

For control of actual ordering, production and other issues communication will be carried out: with distributors; plants (balance out, production and shipment details, etc).

Kia Rus & CIS depts (monitor and update information on launching of new models balance out, configuration changes etc).
