Labor Safety Specialist

• Ensures safe working conditions and labor protection in the company premises in accordance with the labor safety legislation.
• Monitors the planning and implementation of a special assessment of working conditions at workplaces.
• Prepares and secures approval of required labor safety documentation
• Identifies the need for training in labor protection, first aid to victims, taking into account the requirements of the relevant regulatory legal acts.
• Prepares draft technical specifications for concluding contracts with educational organizations for training managers and specialists in labor protection issues, testing knowledge of labor protection requirements using electronic templates.
• Monitors the training of employees in safe methods and techniques for performing work, labor protection briefings and internships in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provides methodological assistance to heads of structural divisions in developing training programs, briefings, internships and instructions on labor protection.
• Conducts introductory briefings on labor protection, coordinates the conduct of briefings on labor protection in the workplace.
• Organizes and coordinates labor protection work in the structural divisions of the Company.
• Informs employees about the working conditions at their workplaces.

Experience in the office labor safety 3+ years

Solid knowledge of Labor safety legislation

Ability to work with the internal docflow and training systems
